"Twas The Night Before Christmas"
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the Ville, not a critter was stirring,,, not even Phil The Thrill...
The citizens and critters were all snug in their beds, while visions of beer cans danced in their heads..,,,and I in my doo rag, and Meere in his cap, had just settled down for a long winters nap.....
When out on the dirt road I heard such a clatter, I sprang from my bunk to see what was the matter...Away from a spider I flew like a flash,, tore open the window and fell into the trash....The moon on the Pines gave an eerie glow..It looked almost like midday, and the hooch was aglow...
When what to my fuckin eyes should appear,,,but an old station wagon filled, with Vodka and Beer..With a smirking young driver that looked totally insane....I knew in a moment it had to be Plain..
He drove faster,, than a squirrel can fly,, and he danced and smirked as he twirled on by..Yelling,,Now Sammy, now Simple, Now Strbor and McFinn, into the pines he soft shoed with a grin...Hey Blat, Hey Slat, Greeny Meere and The Goat...Get out of my way as he seemed to float..
His eyes how they twinkled, his smirk how merry. He was happy and dancing a right jolly old elf, and I bust out laughing in spite of myself..(right now),,,
He said not a word but went right to his work,,spreading boxes of booze on the sandy pine earth..
Then he sprang to the wagon and gave us the finger, and away he drove as he had no time to linger........
And as he drove away,,I heard him Exclaim....Merry Christmas To All!!!FROM YOUR MAIN MAN PLAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH! I forgot to tell you when I was in 5th grade at good ole St.J's, we did a little in-class play. Yep you guessed it - "A Christmas Carol" - and yep because I was the littlest kid in the class I got to play none other than the little chit "Tiny Tim". I still smirks when I hear the thunderous applause I got that year, blasts my eardrums!
