THINK!! If anything people, that sentencing guideline, and the subsequential, appeal system, just goes to show you, how idiotic and illogical our judicial system really is, how incompetent and how miserably lacking in any kind of closure that should be it's forte'..Let this Simpleton try and explain his reasoning on how this justice system SUCKS..... America's Judicial System At Work,,,Number 1:  Scumdusky doesn't get sentenced till September, so we pay for him to shit, shower, shave, eat, sleep, watch TV and jerk off, because he can't find any little boys to do it for him,,,....
Simple's Judicial System Number 1: He got convicted last night, sentence the fucking convicted child molester last night, not next week, not next month...Last night...Pretty cut and dried what he did..

Simples Justice System: Number 3:  To joseph amendola, who defended this bag of puke, you wanted to take on this high profile trial, you vile and snobbish bore, you lost, when you lose you have to feel bad, so you get 5 years in Federal Lock Down, to study JUSTICE, not law shit ball, JUSTICE..We will test you after your sentence and see if you have learned anything...and as far as an appeal..We won't spend one more dime of tax payers money..he was convicted by a jury of his peers..he was found guily..
